Palin will not make it to the white house. She can’t take the heat. If everything doesn’t go her way she either cries foul or quits. That is not strength.

I don’t think we should underestimate Sarah Palin. Sarah is smart with common sense. As a successful Governor she has demonstrated sound Executive experience, is a breath of fresh air, sincere, ethical and shares my principal and values. Gov Sarah Palin, is very smart woman and does not take to be a phD in physics, to capture that her deccission has ligitimate foundation beyond the average understanding of all of us as audience and as expectators.
Definitely there should be more to it,but whatever it might be ,…. those factors are to be sorted exclusively by Gov Sarah Palin herself. Whichever strategy is there,… logic dictates that it would be unwise to telegraph it …for obvious reasons.
As for to tagg her as merely ‘quiter’ , like someone without responsablility is quite incorrect, for at this point she did accomplished in less than three years what most others public officers do in two complete terms.With that said Alaska is in at very good vector, much more progressive than when she did start the task. As I did my homework everyone can and should investigate as well, for auto-confirmation of facts,…in other words each one interested, takes care of the details.
In addition , beside the money saving as reslult of not to deal with puny acusations that cost a lot of money to Alaska, the State is left in good hands with many things already accomplished in advance. So , to emphasize, she has been very solid responsible.

Yes, we cannot trust most of the TV media these days as they are bought and paid for by people who have a stake in what the President, Administration and Congress do, so they can all get rich from his policies and steal from those who are already rich through honest means. They love the idea of taking away what others have so they can have more. It’s immoral and outrageous.
I think Sarah should take quick courses to prepare herself for higher office, whether it’s a senate seat or the presidency. People have been ruthless regarding her. She has to come to the point where she can impress people with knowlege. The democrats are organized to do almost anything at this point. I’m with you, Kevin. A politician like Sarah Palin comes along once in a lifetime. She’s extremely bright, energetic, charismatic, unafraid, centered, stable, strong and morally courageous and she knows how government should be conducted. She’s nobody’s fool and she can’t be bribed. She’s another Maggie Thatcher. A stand-along kinda guy. She can bring this country back to what the framers intended in the Declaration of Independence and the American Constitution. It’s becoming more clear that President Obama and the Democrats and “Politics as Usual”, are awakening the sleeping Giant of Americans. Both Replublicans and Democrats. More of us are watching and listening and feeling the affects of “Politics as Usual” both in the past and in the present administration. Most of us are seeing and really listening to the implications of what President Obama and the current Administration are doing to the future of our country. President Obama is not a “Black” President to most of us, he’s just a President who happens to be black with ideas and actions that our changing our country at a speed that no-one thought possible when they listened to his campaign. Many still who are singing his praises don’t even really know what he’s doing or how it will affect them in the long run. If you try to have a conversation with them and ask them about the issues they have no idea what you’re talking about. When you ask them how they feel about certain things not having to do with Obama but having to do with living in the United States and their way of life you find that they are not really on-board with what he’s doing or the vision of the Democratic (or Progressive) America. So many people voted in this last election who never voted before. Never could be bothered. Never paid attention to what was going on in Politics. They went out and voted their emotions and to make history. Now they’re paying attention and so many of them are seeing that they’re real freedom and liberty is at stake. Now they are waking up. This is what we needed. That money that they are spending in Washington and even in state governements is not they’re money. It’s OUR money. It’s not they’re vision of America, It’s OUR vision of America. There are more of us than there are of them and it’s time that we let them know that. It’s time to end the division of people because of their party name when in reality they have alot of the same beliefs and desires in their lives and the lives of their children and grandchildren. The media has played a big part in this and they are the ones that have helped to go after Sarah Pallin. She scares them. She scares the Democrats in Washington. She’s like a magnifying glass that they don’t want. She’s like a bright light shining on them that will expose them. She’s not like all the other Republicans either who want “Politics as Usual” but with their own agendas.
Sarah Pallin is real. She’s more like us than any of the current administration or the previous administrations that we who are voting can remember. There are many “real” people who consider themselves Democrats and “real” people who consider themselves Republicans out here in America who talk about what the government is doing and has done and are in agreement with what they don’t like and what they beleive. It’s the Government and the polls that the media shoves in our faces and their spin on what’s going on, that influences and separates us. Frankly I think the majority of us are sick and tired of it.I’m finding it so difficult to understand how anyone can pay attention to what’s going on right now in our country and agree with it. I’m also seeing as I read different posts on different bloggs that the ones that are Pro-Obama, or Pro-Democrat or Against “Republicans” are just nasty. They don’t really say much to back up what they’re saying but they just spew hatered and re-gurgitate what they hear others say. When it starts to hit their pocket book and their freedoms and their vision of life perhaps they’ll sing a different tune. Regardless, I think and hope that the majority of Americans who are on the fence or who have felt entitled for whatever reason will realize that they as well as all of us, have individual rights that we must stand up for and responsibilities that we must comit to. We are born with our human rights and freedom and we must defend them. Success and Prosperity are not a given, they are a choice and a commitment.
We must defend our FREEDOM OF CHOICE. Sarah Pallin will help us to do this. She GET’s IT and that’s why they’re so afraid of her.
Here are the reasons Ms Palin will not be a suitable candidate for the 2012 presidential election:
- Idealists never make it to the White House no matter how the media spins the candidate
- Sarah is from a sparsley populated state far from the glitz and power moguls which dictate national policy
- Her down home “Hi ya neighbor” personna may work for a selected segment of society but for the decision makers
- The changes she has in mind would radically upset the good old boy attitude in congress and that includes the Clinton’s, Feinsteins and oh yes the other liberal third from the top
- If an honest popular vote would put her in office perhaps the Republicans could get her elected based upon the socialists direction of the current administration, however that is not going to happen.

Ditto… from another Terri who believes that everything that’s happening right now is happening to wake up the American people to the apathy that many have fallen into over the years and how we have accepted or at least not paid attention to what the government has done and is still doing to us.. Sarah is a breath of fresh air and honesty that we need. I beleive that Barak Obama’s Presidency is a three-fer. 1. To show all people that ANYONE can be voted into office. 2. That whether it’s a white man or a black man or any man, Politics as usual accepts that they say whatever they feel they need to say to get what they want. As they break their promises that they so eliquently made to us to convince us that they were finally going to the ONE that we’ve been waiting for, we’re given excuses like “We didn’t know how bad the problem really was”. And we’re suppose to accept it. and 3. The best one of all; Barak Obama and the Democrats in office are finally showing their true colors and American’s are waking up to the truth. WE vote them into office. WE pay they’re salary. The Government is not a separate entitiy like they have all this money to govern us the way they see fit. It’s OUR money that they’re waisting and it’s time for us to all pay attention and stand up and say Oh no… You won’t… Sarah gets it.

Please reveal to the America people all their tatics to rush everything thru before the bills are even written, how it’s a big emerency and has to be done right now. Point out to everyone everyday which earmarks are added to bills and who added them. Attack Acorn reveal their activities and financing. Today I am more afraid of what is happening in the USA then I was during my 20+ years in the military that spanned both the Korean and Vietnam wars. If anyone can help this country it’s our citizens who can vote out the corrupt politicians that are in office today and we can start doing this in 2010. Let us pave the way by doing so to help the next president complete the over-haul of our govenment and give the country back to “We the People of the United States”. I have no doubts in my mind that the person who can do this is Sarah Palin in 2012.

I feel you have let us down, not only the people of Alaska, but the entire country as well. I think you have hurt your political career by not finishing your term as governor. Democrats will have a field day with this.
If it is your intention to run for congress, why should I vote for you? Half way through your term you might decide to run for president. What then? Will you quit congress med-term so you can focus on running for president?
And if your intention is to run for the presidency, how do we know that you won’t quit that too, for whatever reason?
You had a good thing going Sarah. You just needed to stick it out for a little while, finish your term as governor and you would have had a real shot at the White House.

Sarah is not only going to un-mask the truth about what’s going on in our country right now having to do with our money, she’s also un-masking the dirty, nasty, playground like politics of Government as usual. The politics that says “If we don’t like her, if we’re afraid of her, if we want to stop her; then crush her”. What good does that do Alaska if she’s constantly being bombarded with Lies and attacks that YOUR money has to be spend to defend and she has to deal with mentally and physically instead of being able to focus on the business at hand. I get what you are saying. I agree that she had been a great asset to Alaska. I also agree that she doesn’t play the politics as usual game. That’s one of the big reasons I like her. But her to “step aside for the good of your state in order for the business of your state to be continued is very commendable,” is incorrect. I voted for her to do a job for me for an entire term. She did not keep her promise and that I cannot respect. And any American that thinks quitting is something she should be respected for is delusional.
Here’s the problem. If she can’t handle politics in Alaska, if she can’t handle being bombarded with lies and attacks in such a “small way” verses being the president of an entire country and having those same issues happen, she then can’t be a very effective leader.
Like in a marriage, for better or worse, she was suppose to do what she promised the citizens of Alaska. And that meant completing her entire term. She once acted like “when the going gets tough, this pit bull gets tougher.” Instead it is now more like “when the going gets tough, I quit.”
I still like her, although my respect for her has dwindled. I wish her and her family the best. I just don’t think she has what it takes to lead an entire country anymore. I need to pin my hopes and future on someone that has staying power and a much stronger backbone to take what vengeful and “dirty” politics/politician can throw at them.
On a side note: She still has adoring fans (me included), and she has the charm and charisma to still do great things for this country. Not all great Americans were presidents. She has the power to still make needed changes and advancements in this country on many levels. This is where her focus now needs to be.

You watch how many “So called” Liberals will come out of the closet. We have a business with customers who were singing Obama’s praises and so excited about him BEFORE he was in office. NOW… they apologize, they’re appauld, they’re scared, they’re eyes have not only been opened to Obama but to the Democrats in office and what they really want. We have had people who consider themselves Democrats who say, NO, this is not what my definition of being a Democrat is. Nor have they been happy with Republicans. Politics as usual has not worked. It’s time for a REAL change.

During the McCain/Palin 2008 run, the media dragged her across the coals writing, and broadcasting she didn’t have the intellect to be our vice president.
Is what we’re seeing happen to this country now the media’s standard? If so, it shows just how much credence to put into our media.
We as a country, are on a bullet train to socialism that is as I write this — on Independence Day 2009 — practicing selective Marxism, and building a debt in the trillions for your kids and their kids, etc. to pay off.

I would not hesitate to vote for Sarah, but what i would like to see her do is every time Obama speaks she would speak after him and explain in laymans term what he said. Well, they say that you are playing by your own rules. That doesn’t seem to be such a bad thing. After all the rules that they’ve been playing by have gotten us where we are now. California’s rules are leading to bankruptcy. Obama’s rules are following close behind. Sarah Palin seems to be rewriting the book. Public servants have decided to become masters and rulers, not leaders.
